Sr. Manager Retail I.T.

The Senior Manager Retail I.T. and Reporting will create and suggest new upgrades and best practices for retail store I.T. management. Retailer is kept confidential until selections are made for short-list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Point of Sale Systems
• Oversee transaction data and pricing
• Ensure payment card industry compliance standards
• Manage fraud risk
• Oversee scanning hardware
• Manage data accumulation and reporting
• I.T. subject expert for Point of Sale, E commerce integration, Finance, Supply Chain
• Manage vendor special inputs
• Technical support for all stakeholders
• Manage business analysis, reporting, financial reconciliation of data
• SaaS provider management
• Oversee complete retail system (Point of Sale, Store Management, Inventory Control, Service Management, Headquarters Management, Purchasing, CRM, Loyalty and full ERP Integration)

Qualifications

• Expert in Microsoft Business Solutions : CRM, GP, RMS, POS 2009
• Knowledge of software: software packages that integrate with the Dynamics product to form complete business solutions (for example: SalesPad, EiDynamics, Integration Manager, Retail Realm Utilities, bLoyal, CRM Innovation, CoreMotives, Microsoft SSRS).
