OVERVIEW

Luxury Retailer in Oakville, Ontario is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist. This individual needs to have a strong sales support and administration skill set. You will work with the the Director of Sales and Service, along with Sales Managers; as well as provide administrative support to our trade and retail sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales administrative support  

  • Sales quotes and sale development tasks 

  • Product sourcing for client projects and sales

  • Sales order creation and ongoing order management 

  • Manage order acknowledgements, issues and claims from vendors

  • Assist with client management and customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Minimum 2 years of customer service and administrative experience 

  • Strong computer skills in working with sales ordering process software, website product sourcing, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service skills 

  • Experience working in a faced paced environment 

  • Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task and prioritize work 

  • A skilled problem solver and creative thinker 

  • Pay strong attention to detail 

  • A team player with a positive attitude 

  • Knowledge of Storis ERP software would be an asset 

WE OFFER

Full time working hours (Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5 PM). We offer a competitive compensation package.
