OVERVIEW

Luxury Retailer in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is seeking an experienced and capable luxury retail Sales Manager to join their team at the store level. You will interact daily with customers, vendors, technical partners, warehouse and sales support specialists, and other team members as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage and develop client relationships to drive sales 

  • Seek out quotes from suppliers and partners 

  • Present professional and detailed product solutions 

  • Track and monitor client orders and manage any issues accordingly  

  • Provide a luxury client experience from start to finish in the sales cycle 

  • Become very knowledgeable about our products, services, systems, and overall brand 

  • Collaborate with the team to accomplish your sales goals 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years Sales Management experience

  • Interior Design knowledge a must

  • Design accreditation and/or undergraduate degree preferred

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Top Level presentation skills and experience for Luxury Retail

  • Excellent customer service and team building skills

WE OFFER

Full time working hours (Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30pm). However, there may be times when you will need to be flexible and work outside of these core hours.
