We are looking for exceptional individuals who enjoy delivering best in class client service, achieving individual sales goals, building lasting client relationships through mastery of product knowledge as well as understanding boutique operating processes.

Provides excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Exceeding and maintaining sales goals set by management team.
Demonstrates knowledge of product and utilize this knowledge to build sales.
Working with fellow associates as a team to complete tasks and achieve goals.
Maintaining and organize inventory and assisting manager with daily boutique operations.
Ability to handle large sums of money, deposits, and all cash operations.
Deliver a pleasant customer experience with each customer interaction.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or start ups.
Driven to learn and grow.
Additional language fluency is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills along with transparent and effective interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to work flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business; could include evenings, weekends, holidays, and call-in shifts.
Environmentally conscious and cruelty-free lifestyle is an asset.
