We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. You will be responsible for in-store retail sales in a luxury retail environment. Candidates with experience in jewellery, luxury retail or lifestyle brands will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and procedures
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Assist with repairs and orders for items being sold and distributed within the store
  • Professional demeanor
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions

Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A goal achiever; working individually and part of a team to achieve the store success
  • Upbeat, positive candidate with previous retail customer service experience
  • Point-of-Sale In-store experience
  • Detail oriented
  • A goal directed achiever equally happy working individually and as part of a team in support of achieving store goals.
